Former U.S. president Donald Trump took to his ‘Truth Social’ media platform to criticize the cease-fire deal between Israel and Hamas.

He criticized US President Joe Biden and questioned his leadership in hostage negotiations.

“Has anybody noticed that Hamas has returned people from other Countries but, so far, has not returned one American Hostage? There is only one reason for that, NO RESPECT FOR OUR COUNTRY OR OUR LEADERSHIP. This is a very sad and dark period of America!” The former President said in his post.

U.S. President Joe Biden Tuesday said that he hopes that the Americans kidnapped by Hamas will be released in the near future.

“I don’t know when that will happen,” said Biden. “But we expect it to happen.”
