The athlete and the popstar went public with their relationship in October 2023 and fans have been eagerly waiting for an engagement.
Sharing insights into Travis’ plans to propose to the Love Story singer, a source said he wants the moment to be unforgettable and is worried about getting every detail right.
Although the couple has not been seen together since March, the source told Heat Magazine that their relationship is still strong.
“Travis wants the proposal to be unforgettable, like something out of a movie,” they said. “He knows Taylor’s had some pretty romantic moments in her life, and he wants to top them.”
The source added, “The pressure is intense because not only does he have to wow Taylor, but he also has to impress all the fans too.”
“The whole world is watching and judging and constantly talking about when and where this will happen, it’s a lot to handle.
“He’s worried about the timing, the location, even what he’s going to wear, it’s sweet, but he’s definitely overthinking it.”
The report further shared that Travis is working with a jeweller on a custom ring and has even asked Taylor’s close friends for advice.
“So this is happening soon,” the insider added. “Her friends are all sworn to secrecy, but they’ve been dropping hints to Taylor, so she knows it’s coming, it’s just a matter of when.”
