Stephen Curry, the reigning National Basketball Association (NBA) scoring champion, put on a spectacular performance against the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday night, scoring a whopping 60 points for the Golden State Warriors.
Despite his heroic efforts, the Warriors lost 141-134 in overtime to the Hawks, who managed to pull away in the extra period of play.

While the rest of the Warriors’ starters struggled to find their rhythm on offense, Curry displayed his incredible scoring ability once again and carried the team on his back when they needed it the most.
He now has 14 games with 50 or more points and two games with 60 or more points in his illustrious career.
With the loss, the Warriors dropped to 21-25 on the season and currently sit in 12th place in the Western Conference.
The Warriors need a change if they want to reach the playoffs because they can’t count on Curry’s insane scoring ability every night.
