Movie-goers in India’s Maharashtra were left frightened when a group of fans set off fireworks inside a cinema after Bollywood star Salman Khan appeared on screen in Tiger 3 movie, Zee News reported.
Footage shared on social media on Sunday showed people in panic as fireworks were lit inside the theatre in Malegaon area of Maharashtra.
As the reports emerged of fans firecrackers across cinemas in India, Salman Khan took to social media to caution the fans from doing so.
“I’m hearing about fireworks inside theaters during Tiger3. This is dangerous. Let’s enjoy the film without putting ourselves and others at risk. Stay safe,” he wrote in a post on X.

The third installment of Tiger movie series from the YRF franchise has Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles.
The video appears to show fans waiting for the appearance of Khan on the screen before firecrackers are launched into the air.

A stampede-like situation was caused as scared people took off for the theatre exit as the cinema hall lit up with orange explosions and sparks flying.
