A disgruntled customer resorted to extreme measures after failing to secure an appointment with her favorite beautician for eyelash extensions in Chicago and set the latter’s car on fire.

The incident came to light when the beautician, named Marcella, took to Instagram to share CCTV footage capturing the customer setting her car on fire.

Marcella also posted a series of text exchanges between herself and the accused.
